在中国的印度瑜伽老师 Indian Yoga Guru in China

ASHISH is a founder and director of’ ‘WeYoga’ academy. Beijing. He is practicing Yoga for almost 20 years. He was born and brought up in Rishikesh which is known as the “World Yoga and Spiritual Capital”.  Being born in a Hindu Brahmin family he started  learning Sanskrit chanting and law of spiritualism since hewas kid.

阿诗士.巴胡古那是北京”WeYoga” 学院的创始人和总监。他练瑜伽已经快20年了。他在所谓的 “世界瑜伽和精神资本”瑞诗凯诗出生和长大。他出生在一个印度教的婆罗门家庭, 他从小就开始学习梵语诵经和唯心论。

He tried first yoga lessons when he was just 12 years old,in his school. Those days yoga was not taught in many schools. Only some good English medium schools had yoga classes. In the beginning he took yoga as a fun and exercise .He got serious and changed his mind when he first encountered his yoga teacher. a Swamiji. He became keen about Yoga and desired to have in depth knowledge about it. From then he decided to study yoga systematically. He studied for several years with Swamiji and also got an opportunity to assist him by teaching yoga in ” SHIVANANDASHRAM ‘.

在他的学校里, 他刚12岁就尝试了第一节瑜伽课。那些日子里,许多学校都没有教瑜伽。只有一些好的英语中等学校有瑜伽课。起初, 他把瑜伽当作一种乐趣和锻炼。当他第一次遇到一个斯瓦米基瑜伽老师时, 他变得严肃起来并改变了他原来的想法。他热衷于瑜伽, 并渴望有深入的知识。从那时起, 他决定系统地学习瑜伽。他与斯瓦米基学习了好几年, 也有机会在”SHIVANANDASHRAM” 帮斯瓦米基教瑜伽。

Ashish went to different yoga schools in India, from Rishikesh to Mysore and  North to South India to study different styles of Yoga like  Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar,  Shivananda  with  many renowned yoga Gurus and masters.

阿诗士.巴胡古去了印度不同的瑜伽学校在, 从瑞诗凯诗到迈索尔和北部到南印度向与许多著名的瑜伽大师学习不同的瑜伽风格,如哈他,  Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar,  Shivananda。

In 2010  Ashish went to Pune to meet the world famous yoga Guru Mr BKS Iyengar personally to share his own yoga experience and take blessings from him. That meeting gave him more knowledge about Iyengar Yoga system. and encouraged him to keep learning.

在2010年阿诗士.巴胡古那去浦那遇见世界著名瑜伽大师 BKS先生。艾杨格亲自分享他自己的瑜伽经验并从他那得到祝福。那次会议使他对艾杨格瑜伽系统有了更多的了解。并鼓励他继续学习。

Graduate in Accounts from HNB GARHWAL University he always liked accounting and calculations but studied it just for interest. He never preferred to choose accounts as a profession as he was more interested in Yoga even during his graduation time he was doing his yoga studies with dedication.

他毕业于 HNB GARHWAL 大学的会计学。他总是喜欢会计和计算, 但研究它只是为了兴趣。他从来不喜欢选择作为一个会计为职业, 因为他更感兴趣的瑜伽，甚至在他毕业的时候, 他也在专心学习瑜伽。

Ashish got his Master’s Degree in Yoga and Science from Rajasthan University. He also done other short term professional yoga training courses from different and well known yoga schools in India.

阿诗士.巴胡古那获得了拉贾斯坦邦大学的瑜伽和科学硕士学位。他也从印度不同的知名瑜伽学校做了其他短期的专业瑜伽培训课程。

In 2006 Ashish was invited to Beijing for teaching yoga.That time yoga was not very popular here. He was very excited to create yoga awareness and spread knowledge about it in China. After living here for several months, he decided to developed his yoga career and promote Yoga culture in China. He got invited to major yoga conferences in China for teaching .

在 2006年, 阿诗士.巴胡古那应邀到北京教瑜伽。那段时间瑜伽在这里不是很流行。在中国, 他非常兴奋地创造了瑜伽意识并传播了有关它的知识。在这里住了几个月后, 他决定发展自己的瑜伽生涯, 并在中国推广瑜伽文化。他应邀参加了在中国举行的大型瑜伽会议。

Ashish often travels to different cities of China to promote Yoga and Indian culture. He still remembers the day when he came to China in 2006. Not many people knew about Yoga and also that the origin of Yoga was India. It took many years to bring Yoga awareness and now he feels his hard efforts being fruitful as Yoga has become popular not only in Beijing but all over China.

阿诗士.巴胡古那经常到中国不同的城市旅游, 以促进瑜伽和印度文化。他仍然记得他在2006年来到中国的那一天。没有多少人知道瑜伽的起源是印度。它花了很多年的时间来提高瑜伽意识,现在他觉得他的努力是卓有成效的, 因为瑜伽不仅在北京, 而且在中国各地流行。

He got best yoga instructor award in 2007, 2009 and 2011. Recently in the year 2016 ASHISH won maximum vote for Best Yoga Teacher in China through a survey conducted by ‘CHINA FIT”.

Ashish has featured in ‘YOGA JOURNAL” as a Yoga model and some local newspaper also interviewed him and wrote article on him. He has appeared in several TV programs as a guest speaker including BTV. He has written yoga articles for different health magazine. He got his ‘ERYT” 500 Hours from American Yoga alliance. Every year Ashish travels to India for Yoga studies and update his knowledge. Last year Times of India also covered a story on him named, “Yogis who make yoga popular in China”.

他在2007年、2009 年和2011年获得了最好的瑜伽教练奖。最近在2016阿诗士.巴胡古那通过”中国Fit”进行的一项调查获得了中国最佳瑜伽教师的最高选票。

阿诗士.巴胡古那在《瑜伽杂志》中以瑜伽模式为特色,一些当地报纸也采访了他,并写了一篇文章。他在几个电视节目中露面,其中也包括电视台。他为不同的健康杂志写了瑜伽文章。他从美国瑜伽联盟获得了他的”ERYT” 500 小时。每年阿诗士.巴胡古那前往印度进行瑜伽学习并更新他的知识。去年印度还报道了一个关于他的故事, 名叫 ‘‘谁让瑜伽在中国流行”

Ashish is now based in Beijing. He has travelled to different part of China for conducting workshop and Teacher’s Training. He was invited for conducting yoga workshop to other countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and South Korea .

阿诗士.巴胡古那现在住在北京。他曾前往中国的不同地区举办讲习班和教师培训。他应邀到马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国和韩国等国举办瑜伽讲习班。

He is a regular yoga traveller and organiser for Chinese student to India and Bhutan to gain better yoga practice and knowledge.

他是一个定期的瑜伽旅行者和组织者。他为中国学生到印度和不丹获得更好的瑜伽练习和知识。

His classes are full of energy and rhythm. He has dedicated and devoted himself to his yoga teaching career. He is very patient and careful in instruction to students. His  approach of teaching is holistic and individualised .He always tries to teach students to understand energy in order to heal their own bodies and find freedom. Yoga is a method to free yourself in the world, to be happier, more genuine and get connected to more people. Yoga is a life for him and continues spreading yoga all over the world is his dream now.

Ashish’s WeYoga academy Beijing has teachers from 7nations. Teachers from different region of the world come to WeYoga and share their knowledge. WeYoga offers membership card, Workshops and TeachersTraining.
