Zhangjiagang is a county-level city in the Jiangsu province. It is under the administration of the city of Suzhou.  It is on the south banks of the Yangtze River. This city has a population of nearly 1.3 million people.

It has a plenty of water. The Water table is high, making it a highly suitable region for irrigation. It is the winner of the 2018, National Five star Engineering award.
